UK
Grant of Probate
As mentioned in order to Reseal a UK Probate in another country you must first obtain a UK Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
If the Probate has been taken out some time ago then it may be that an Exemplified copy is required. An exemplified copy is a copy of the probate that has been reissued. This is sometimes required as it proves that the outdated version of the Probate had not, at any time, been withdrawn by anyone.
